Chocolate Glaze

Tools:
- Mixing bowl, whisk or fork
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Icing sugar (250g)
- 2/3 cup chocolate chips (80g)
- 60g water
Method:
- Melt chocolate chips in the microwave (about 2 minutes on high; varies on chocolate chip and power of microwave)
- Put all ingredients together in a mixing bowl and hand mix until smooth
- Add more water for a thinner consistency
- Add more icing sugar for a thicker consistency
