Earl Grey Tea Glaze

Tools:
- Mixing bowl, whisk or fork, cup
Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cups Icing sugar (310g)
- 50ml steeped earl grey tea
- Ice (optional)
Method:
- Steep tea bag for 3 minutes (about 1 cup of water to 1 bag of tea)
- Take out the tea bag and bring tea to room temperature
- Speed things up by setting it in the freezer or fridge
- Put all ingredients together in a mixing bowl and hand mix until smooth
- Add more tea for a thinner consistency
- Add more icing sugar for a thicker consistency
